Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to manage VIPER deployments on-site at automotive dealerships. You will launch the software platform, configure DMS/CRM integrations, and drive adoption during the critical first 30 days.

The role requires strong automotive tech knowledge and hands-on installation experience. Travel about 75% is expected, with on-site coaching of dealership staff and collaboration with Product/Engineering to relay field feedback.

Qualifications

3–7 years in field implementation, technical onboarding, or solutions engineering in automotive technologies.
Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
Direct experience with dealer-facing software systems (DMS, IMS, CRM).
Experience working with dealership senior management and customer relationships.
Comfortable leading on-site installations in a dealership environment.

Responsibilities

Own each customer's VIPER deployment end-to-end at ACV's on-site consultant level.
Design a customized deployment and configuration plan per dealership.
Oversee on-site hardware installation and assist technicians as needed.
Configure software settings and plan integrations with DMS/CRM.
Provide on-site training and post-launch support to ensure adoption.
