Job summary

Circle Graphics + Sensaria is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to independently maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated production and fulfillment equipment in a fast-paced e-commerce wall art facility in Morrisville, NC.

The role focuses on maximizing uptime, sustaining product quality, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment through hands-on maintenance of printers, conveyors, CNC machinery, packaging systems, and related controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on large-format printers, conveyors, framing machines, and CNC machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems including sensors, actuators, HMIs, barcode scanners, and vision systems.
• Maintain print systems including printheads, ink delivery, and curing units for consistent output quality.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately in the CMMS.
• Conduct equipment inspections and system checks to identify potential issues.
