Job summary

Circle Graphics + Sensaria seeks a Maintenance Technician for their Morrisville, NC facility. This full-time role runs Fri-Sun, 6am–6pm, and focuses on keeping large-format printers and packaging systems up and running in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document work orders in CMMS to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in automated manufacturing or fulfillment environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PLC-based equipment such as Beckhoff, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on printers, conveyors, framing machines, and CNC equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems including sensors, HMIs, and vision systems.
• Maintain print systems and perform changeovers and calibrations for high-mix production.
• Read and interpret schematics and manuals; complete CMMS documentation.
