Job summary

Protocase Inc. in Wilmington, NC seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate repairs to keep machinery running safely and at peak performance.

This role requires 2+ years in a hands-on maintenance or troubleshooting role, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work on-site with after-hours and weekend coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, or similar hands-on technical role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site in Wilmington, NC.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose issues, and complete repairs to resolve outages.
• Respond quickly to critical equipment issues to minimize disruption.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair logs in our tracking software.
• Source repair parts and coordinate with vendors to support timely repairs.
