Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to maintain and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems at a major e-commerce distribution site in Garner, NC.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, document routines, and collaborate with the Client and Operations teams to ensure safe, reliable uptime.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related maintenance experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams to ensure reliable uptime.
