Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Maintenance Technicians for an on-site role in Aurora, CO. The position focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated packaging and distribution systems in a highly automated facility.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend/nights flexibility and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical and controls equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.
• Complete maintenance activities using CMMS and maintenance documentation systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and uptime.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
