Actalent is seeking an Automation Engineer in Dayton, NJ, to support, maintain, and troubleshoot plant automation systems in a demanding manufacturing environment. You will work with PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, and drive technology to ensure reliable operation and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include diagnosing I/O and process signals, configuring industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus), and collaborating with engineers to boost efficiency and reduce downtime.

Formación

• Experience maintaining plant automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and servo drives.
• Experience diagnosing analog/digital I/O and process signals (4–20 mA, 0–10 V, discrete I/O).
• Familiarity with industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus) and control panels.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain plant automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, and drives.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with analog/digital I/O and process control signals.
