Norwalk Auto Auction is seeking an Auction Success Administrator to support our fast-paced, B2B auction environment. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person, and help present and negotiate vehicle offers.

Based on our on-site operations, you will maintain accurate vehicle inventories and coordinate intake, transportation, and logistics, while assisting with marketing and special projects. Grow with us in a stable, years-long business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced auction environment.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive with follow-up.
• Experience with customer service and logistics is helpful.

Responsibilities
