Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an on-site Auction Support Specialist at our local Manheim location. This part-time role (approximately 15–20 hours per week) supports the auction day with data entry, verification, and coordination with the auctioneer, and may include remote duties for efficiency.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sale-day environment. Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain focused during fast-paced sale-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts using the AS400 system.
• Verify and enter customer data for sold units and ensure accuracy.
• Support auctioneer virtually and review system information.
• Verify vehicle run order and ensure correct vehicle is keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually and review Simulcast bids with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements.
• Contact customers about late titles via call and email.
• Use Salesforce for title-absent support and case management.
• Coordinate with client services to respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
