Job summary

Norwalk Auto Auction is seeking an on-site Auction Success Administrator in California to support customers by phone, email, text, and in person. You will help present and negotiate vehicle offers, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate intake, transportation, and logistics in a fast-paced auction environment.

Join a stable team with hands-on training and room to grow. Prior automotive or customer service exposure is helpful; a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with people and be organized, reliable, and quick to follow up.
• Must communicate clearly and confidently.
• Comfortable with email, texting, spreadsheets, and online tools.
• Capable of staying calm when the pace picks up and working well in a team.
• Automotive/auction/customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers by phone, email, text, and in person.

• Keep online vehicle inventory accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate vehicle intake, transportation, and other logistics.
• Assist with marketing and special projects.
