Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Field Service or IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, POS devices.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ATMs, POS systems, kiosks, PCs, printers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and hardware component replacements.
• Diagnose technical issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Assist with site preparation, cable setup, and equipment installations.
• Document service activities and asset information.
• Build strong customer relationships with onsite support.
• Follow security procedures while servicing financial equipment.
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
