Job summary

Concentra Inc. is seeking an Athletic Trainer for an onsite, full-time role at a client site in the West Valley City/Salt Lake City area. The AT-O will promote health and wellbeing, manage work-related injuries, coordinate with HR for RTW, and provide emergency response services and injury prevention programs.

The position requires an accredited degree and current First Aid/CPR. Work hours are Mon-Fri 12PM-8PM with salary in the $73k–$76k range, commensurate with experience and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent.
• 1 year of onsite athletic trainer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid for injuries per standing orders.
• Coordinate with health professionals for patient care.
• Assist in workers' compensation case management.
• Conduct injury prevention and ergonomic training.
• Prepare and maintain patient care records and reports.
