Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a greenfield power plant construction project in Bowling Green, OH. You will support the Project Manager on scheduling, cost tracking, and field coordination across civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines.

You will help manage safety programs, QA/QC, documentation, and progress reporting on a high‑demand industrial site with long rotations and extensive travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Assistant Project Manager or PM role on large industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of PM and construction management in industrial environments.
• Experience with safety, reporting, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture on site across trades.
• Support Project Manager with scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to align with milestones.
• Review drawings and specifications with field teams and vendors.
• Assist with QA/QC activities and project documentation.
