Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale construction projects with strong scheduling discipline.
• Proven ability to translate field progress into updated schedules.
• Knowledge of look-ahead scheduling and milestone tracking advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Track daily and weekly field construction progress against the project schedule and milestones.
• Maintain, update, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Gather progress data from field personnel and validate against plans.
• Monitor variances, delays, and impacts to upcoming milestones.
• Update activity status, percent complete, durations, sequencing, and forecasts.
• Assist with look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and schedule updates.
• Participate in progress and scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
• Support cost tracking and other project controls tasks as needed.
