Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with electrical power distribution systems.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, and startup of electrical equipment.
• Understanding of safety codes and industry standards.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in field and on-site environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Bluebeam, CAD, or other engineering software.
• Ability to adapt to changing project and site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Design power distribution systems for projects in Bowling Green, OH.
• Supervise electrical equipment installation and commissioning activities.
• Execute system testing and commissioning, ensuring safety compliance.
• Coordinate with field teams to verify quality of work and progress.
• Provide field support and troubleshoot during on-site execution.
• Perform pre-commissioning activities, loop checks, and energization.
• Start-up and initial operation of switchgear, transformers, and generators.
• Resolve issues and maintain project punch lists to ensure timely completion.
