Qualifications

• 5 years of related project coordination experience within a construction trade.
• Ability to manage submittals, change orders, and compliance files independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to attend client meetings and jobsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Advance projects through procurement, fabrication, installation, and closeout.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Manage essential legal documentation including contracts and change orders.
• Direct the client submittal process for approvals.
• Coordinate logistics for field crews and escalate project delays proactively.
