Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• Minimum of three years progressive experience in accounting/finance.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly accounting close and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support company growth.
• Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of accounts payable, receivable and general ledger activities.
• Generates and distributes monthly reporting packages for internal stakeholders explaining monthly variances.
• Drive efficiencies through actual v budget variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX and other relevant policies.
• Mentor junior staff fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
