Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, with exposure to A/R, A/P and general ledger functions.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best-practices.
• Solid computer skills. MS Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Quantum preferred, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention-detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively support A/R and A/P activities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial reporting and audit support.
• On-site work environment.

Responsibilities

• General ledger reconciliations.
