Zim-Aircraft-Cabin-Solutions is seeking an Assistant Controller to manage daily accounting operations, oversee the general ledger, and supervise staff to ensure accurate month-end close and compliant reporting.

The role includes monitoring job costing, inventory valuation, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, with cross-department collaboration to support decision-making. Strong Excel and accounting software skills are essential.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting/Finance required; CPA or postgrad degree a plus but not required.
Minimum five years of general accounting or financial analysis experience in manufacturing preferred.
Strong analytical and interpretation skills; capable of presenting to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Assist with the daily accounting operations and support month-end close.
Provide direction to the general ledger, including analyses, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Supervise staff and ensure accurate job costing and inventory valuation.
Prepare schedules and documentation for external year-end audits and inventory oversight.
Support treasury functions and banking platform activities.
Ensure compliance with state/local tax filings and internal accounting policies.
Monitor internal controls to minimize financial risk and safeguard assets.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data for decision-making.
