• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field.
• This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, the ability to anticipate needs, and a high level of professionalism.
• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, operations, or senior executive advisory roles.
• Mastery of MS Office 365, with advanced proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and Excel for tracking workflows and managing data.
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities in high-velocity, ambiguous, or rapidly scaling environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provides comprehensive and strategic support to the Army client.
• Drives daily team rhythm and supports the client directly to manage schedules, provide process optimization, and ensure client action items and taskers are complete.
• Acts as a strategic buffer and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, triaging incoming requests, filtering distractions, and prioritizing critical decision points for the client.
• Coordinates complex meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and attendee management.
• Proactively builds and organizes materials to prepare the client for high-stakes leadership engagements.
• Assists with thinking through communications and storytelling of the client’s mission.
• Translates operational data and qualitative feedback into an actionable strategy.
