Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take a proactive role.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word, Access), SharePoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily O-6 office operations, including customer service and senior-leader schedule management, travel authorizations and vouchers using DTS.
• Interface with private industry and vendors; route inquiries and schedule meetings with appropriate personnel.
• Review incoming/outgoing correspondence per Army Regulation 25-50 and prepare documents for signature; ensure proper routing.
• Monitor and manage taskers in Army TA system; select respondents and provide instructions and files.
• Maintain PM LOG-FIN SharePoint site content and support process automation using Army AI tools and PowerApps.
• Maintain conference rooms and calendars; provide support for senior-level meetings including video teleconferencing.
• Provide event coordination and Protocol support for official functions.
• Support O-6 Operations team with projects and analysis as needed.
