Job summary

Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract-to-Hire AR Collections Representative for our client in the St. Charles County area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $25-$34 per hour, depending on experience.

You will contact customers to collect payments, analyze delinquent accounts, review contracts, and coordinate with internal teams. Excellent communication and detail orientation are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect payment on past-due invoices.
• Analyze delinquent accounts to determine the most effective course of action.
• Research transactions and review contracts to support collection efforts.
• Prepare and assist with internal collection and aging reports.
• Research and respond to customer inquiries by reviewing contracts and system activity, and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document all collection activity and customer communications.
