VJ Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join the growing team at Bohemia, NY, onsite five days a week. You will manage AR transactions, billing, and collections to support cash flow and project profitability.

The role requires a hands-on accounting professional with AR experience in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with PMs, Engineering and Support to ensure accurate invoicing throughout each project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum five years of AR or project-based accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Process Accounts Receivable transactions and track invoices to payment.
• Generate, review, and distribute invoices per milestones and terms.
• Understand project financials, schedules, budgets, and billing requirements.
• Prepare AR forecasts and cash collection projections for management.
• Resolve all billing issues and settlements on WIP projects.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering and Support to ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up with customers on payments.
• Maintain project-specific files for traceability.
