Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• In-plant operations experience desired.
• Knowledge of mechanical seals and rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate customer needs to Flowserve and be the primary source of information on design, installation, operation, and maintenance of pumps and seals.
• Liaise between customers and Flowserve sales engineers, reliability engineers, customer service, and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot technical problems at customer sites and at Flowserve repair centers.
• Complete projects requiring hands-on and mathematical approaches (e.g., failure analysis, product performance reports).
• Evaluate reports to support recommendations for improvement, replacement, or repair of equipment.
• Present clear verbal and written technical explanations to customers.
