Job summary

Second Son Consulting in Encino, CA, is seeking an on-site IT Support role focused on Apple-centric environments. You will prepare Apple devices, onboard new employees, and ensure secure provisioning and timely offboarding for clients in the Los Angeles area.

The role emphasizes SOP-driven workflows, attention to detail, and a path to grow within Tier 2 support as you gain experience with macOS, iOS, and Windows in client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apple hardware and macOS troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and SOPs.
• Strong communication with users at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning.
• Prepare and deploy Macs, iPhones, PCs, and other endpoints.
• Execute scheduled health checks on servers and client environments.
• Resolve Tier 1 macOS and Windows support requests per SOPs.
• Document actions and outcomes in the ticketing system.
• Support remote engineers as the on-site technical resource when needed.
