CAF Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an apartment community onsite in Texas. You will lead the leasing and maintenance teams, resolve resident issues, and drive occupancy and performance goals.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and adherence to Fair Housing standards, with experience using Entrata or similar software to manage records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Property Manager.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community.
• Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team.
• Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals.
• Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting.
• Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal.
• Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication.
• Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets.
