Job summary

CAF Management - Parks at Treepoint is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an apartment community, lead the on-site leasing and maintenance team, and resolve resident issues while meeting occupancy and financial targets.

You will use Entrata for records, leasing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and maintaining high resident satisfaction. This role emphasizes people leadership in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Property Manager
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
• Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team
• Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals
• Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting
• Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal
• Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication
• Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets
