Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns and routine maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, and appliances as needed.
• May mentor other technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
