Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. You’ll perform make-ready repairs, handle service requests, and maintain common areas to keep the property welcoming and well maintained.

6+ months of onsite apartment maintenance experience, valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, and owning basic tools are required. HVAC certification is a plus and may boost pay.

• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
• Document work completed in maintenance logs
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams
