TICO (Terminal Investment Corporation) in Savannah, GA is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the accounting team on-site. The role handles day-to-day AP activities, ensuring invoices are entered, coded, approved, and paid accurately and timely using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years AP experience, strong attention to detail, and solid knowledge of AP processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices for various categories.
• Enter and maintain invoices, credit memos, and other AP transactions.
• Match invoices against purchase orders, receiving docs, and freight docs.
• Perform three-way matching and investigate discrepancies.
