Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day AP and AR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This 100% onsite role handles invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations, with month-end close support. Education required is High School, with about 3 years of experience.

The position offers hourly pay of $23–$26.44. Key tasks include processing invoices, vendor matching, billings, and deposit reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Verify account coding and secure proper payment approvals.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices promptly.
• Process incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and apply cash accurately.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date customer account records.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile cash receipts and assigned general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Support external audit processes by preparing requested schedules and documentation.
