Job summary

CHS Inc. is hiring an Experienced AP/AR Specialist to support the Settlements workstream on site in Erskine, MN. The role handles day-to-day accounts payable and receivable tasks, data entry and document processing, and participation in special projects within a collaborative finance team.

Minimum 1+ year experience in finance or AP/AR and a HS diploma are required; an associate degree is preferred. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Track receipt of data and source documents.
• Prepare and sort source documents and interpret data for entry.
• Contact preparers of source documents to resolve questions or inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate and complete client files and filings.
• Perform data entry in AP/AR systems with coding and corrections as needed.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve results.
• Perform general clerical duties (typing, scanning, phones, filing).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
