Job summary

CHS Inc. in Herman, MN is hiring an Experienced AP/AR Specialist to support the finance team through the procure-to-pay process. You will handle data entry, document management and routine AP/AR activities, while identifying process improvements.

The role requires 1+ years in finance or accounting and a high school diploma or GED. A preferred associate’s degree and strong MS Office skills will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Track receipt of data and source documents.
• Prepare and sort source documents and interpret data for entry.
• Resolve questions or inconsistencies with document preparers.
• Maintain accurate client files/filing.
• Data entry in AP/AR system, coding and corrections.
• Support team to achieve results as needed.
• Perform general clerical duties (typing, scanning, answering phones).
• Other duties as assigned.
