Job summary

CHS Inc is seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our Finance team in Garrison, ND. This onsite role provides billing and accounts support for multiple Agronomy locations, requiring accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support process improvements, and ensure timely financial transactions. A High School diploma or GED is required, with 1+ year experience and an Associate's degree preferred in Finance or

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting and/or AP/AR.
• Strong MS Office skills and data entry proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and billing for multiple locations.
• Prepare and review source documents for accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Operations to resolve data discrepancies.
• Reconcile tills and apply customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Resolve complex customer or internal issues professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Review customer docs for correct system setup and policy compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
