Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of anesthesia technician or OR experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification on hire or within first month.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and troubleshoots anesthesia machines and monitors.
• Prepares anesthesia equipment and supplies before and during cases.
• Assists with patient transport, positioning and airway management.
• Cleans, disinfects, and stores anesthesia equipment per procedures.
• Restocks operating rooms and support spaces.
• Assists with ordering and distribution of equipment and supplies.
• Supports anesthesia services across Hyde Park campus locations.
• Reports malfunctioning or damaged equipment promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
