Job summary

Flagship Facility Services LLC in Asheville, NC is seeking a Site Manager to lead airport operations for a high-visibility client. You will be the face of our operation, directing a team of 40–50 across multiple shifts and ensuring service excellence.

In this onsite leadership role, you’ll build client relationships, manage budgets, schedule staffing, and uphold safety and quality standards, with opportunities to grow within a stable, expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in facilities, janitorial, or airport settings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L considerations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff across shifts.
• Own client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Oversee janitorial and facility operations for quality and efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and contribute to P&L.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Upsell opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Develop training focused on safety and performance.
