Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support customer accounts, manage staff, and grow relationships.

You will handle inquiries, ordering, inspections, and safety trainings to ensure quality and efficiency across sites. The role requires leadership, strong communication, bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred), and a Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years in facilities or janitorial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations Management, Business Management or Statistics.
• Five to ten years related experience or training; preferably in janitorial/facilities field.
• Telecommuting is NOT an option; strong leadership and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support customer accounts and maintain them ongoing, growing them to full potential.
• Assist with customer inquiries and manage staff and schedules.
• Oversee janitorial operations and supervise floor crew and supervisors.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked; conduct quality inspections and safety trainings.
