Job summary

First Onsite, LLC is seeking a Project Supervisor in Asheville, NC to lead on-site teams, manage safety, schedules, and budgets while keeping projects within scope and quality standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, report to project leadership, and ensure compliance with First Onsite policies and applicable regulations, delivering safe, organized, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors within budget.
• Prepare project schedules including crews and subcontractors.
• Fill in as needed with additional responsibilities, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and events.
• Prepare reports and other administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approve change orders.
• Lead daily job site safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
