Job summary

RTX is seeking a Depot Manager for the AIM-9X program at an onsite facility in Tucson, AZ. The role oversees depot operations, schedule adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Engineering, and Operations.

A DoD Secret clearance is required, and the candidate must be able to obtain interim clearance before starting. The successful candidate will lead sustainment activities, manage budgets as CAM, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with customers and

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting depot hardware activities in cross-functional settings.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance before start.

Responsibilities

• Manage and consolidate data to track sustainment trends.
• Develop schedules, priorities, and workflows for deliverables.
• Oversee Life Cycle Engineering Depot Team operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve depot productivity.
• Serve as CAM for the AIM-9X Depot contract with budgets.
• Support on-time delivery and customer briefings.
• Prepare CDRL items and support technical, cost, schedule, quality, EXIM requirements.
• Support timely sustainment product delivery and close collaboration with stakeholders.
