RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an entry-level Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst to join the AIM-9X Development and Integration Finance team. The role emphasizes training in EVMS, EAC processes, and SAP/APEX with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The position requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance after day one; it is onsite in Tucson with a strong emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Math or related field or equivalent experience.
Understanding of basic financial principles including forecasting and budgeting.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Provide financial support to program teams with weekly cost reports and earned value management.
Support a broad portfolio of contracts from development to international projects and manage project life cycles for financials.
Handle ad-hoc requests to support the program and finance teams.
