Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Depot Manager for the AIM-9X program to lead day-to-day depot operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. You will coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and Operations, and oversee budget and forecasting as CAM.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced DoD environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience supporting depot hardware activities in a cross-functional environment (logistics, PM, operations, sustainment).
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage, report, and consolidate data to track sustainment trends for leadership.
• Develop schedules, priorities, and workflows to meet program deliverables.
• Oversee Life Cycle Engineering Depot Team activities including depot support and GFM accounting.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to boost productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Act as CAM for the AIM-9X depot contract; manage budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure on-time delivery of sustainment products and brief customers as needed.
• Prepare and submit CDRL items as required.
• Support on-time delivery using the OTDT health tool.
• Communicate contract requirements to cross-functional teams.
• Support performance against technical, cost, schedule, quality, EXIM requirements.
• Support proposal efforts.
