We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Leader for AI-LedDigital Transformation to own a customer delivery portfolio and serve as the key onsite interface between customer stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.

Reporting into Delivery Operations , this role operates across Customer Delivery, Solution Engineering, AI/Data, Architecture, Presales, and Growth functions.

The primary accountability is delivery and value realization —translating customer priorities into executable plans, shaping solution designs, mobilizing capabilities, and driving initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role , with strong emphasis on building solutions and driving delivery rather than coordination or governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Delivery & Portfolio Leadership– Primary Accountability

• Own execution, health, and outcomes of the assigned customer portfolio.
• Act as onsite delivery lead and trusted customer interface.

• Translate business problems into scalable solution designs using GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, data, and analytics.
• Lead solution discovery, workshops, architecture discussions, and blueprinting.
• Build transformation roadmaps linking business goals, architecture, delivery, and value realization.
• Ensure solutions are viable, scalable, and outcome-aligned.
  
• Lead solution engineering between customers and delivery teams.
• Develop solution concepts, architectures, POVs, business cases, roadmaps, and SOW inputs .
