Job summary

RTX Compression Systems Engineering (CSE) is seeking a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineer with 2+ years of relevant experience for an onsite role in Florida. You will support integrated product teams, coordinate with suppliers, and participate in engine validation activities to meet program milestones.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, collaboration across teams, and effective communication. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and SAP is desirable; relocation may be offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to program/contract requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Integrated Product Team Leads to meet task and technical requirements.
• Work with supplier resources to meet hardware delivery requirements and milestones.
• Participate in validation activities, including engine build and test, during validation.
• Interact with internal and external customers to meet task requirements.
• Use Agile, Jira, and Confluence to manage status and present technical content.
• Manage budget and schedule per program deliverables.
