RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Scrum Master to lead an Agile team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will coordinate with CIPT, manage controls and risks, and ensure timely delivery of parts and model-based definitions.

Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, 2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. This onsite role offers relocation eligibility and a clear path to leadership within compression

Competenze

BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Mansioni

Manage an Agile Scrum team as Scrum Master to meet task and technical requirements; mentor team and address project problems.
Communicate status and technical content to CIPT.
Perform Control Account Manager duties to track progress and minimize budget/schedule disruption.
Coordinate part-level sourcing with procurement, manufacturing, and internal/external supply chain; manage model-based product definition release.
Lead risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel up to 10%.
