Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience within a regulated industry such as aerospace, aviation, defense, or similar technical environment.
• Experience with engineering analysis tools, including FEA.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven project management and scheduling capabilities.
• Understanding of ITAR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA FAR-compliant component repair solutions and engineering programs.
• Perform engineering analysis and root-cause investigations to resolve repair challenges.
