Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily shop floor operations, supervise a production team, and sustain safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will partner with cross-functional groups to drive continuous improvement and resolve manufacturing challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop floor operations, including scheduling and workflow to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coach production employees, assign work, monitor performance and develop the team.
• Coordinate production schedules and material flow with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor metrics, drive improvements, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Ensure quality documentation and support audits; drive CAPA as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
