Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily shop floor operations in an aerospace environment based in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. You will supervise production teams, manage scheduling, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement, while fostering a high-performing workforce engaged in operational excellence.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and manage shop floor activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Coach production employees by assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet customer commitments and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support audits; drive CAPAs and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and other teams to resolve production and material issues.
