Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Lathe machinist in Simi Valley, CA. The role involves setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC lathes to meet drawings and planning specifications. You will read blueprints, perform first article and in-process inspection, and contribute to quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Position is onsite with comprehensive benefits and a pay range of $27–$37 per hour, DOE. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC lathe experience and familiarity with inspection tools,

Qualifications

• Three+ years experience operating CNC lathes and setting up parts.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret quality requirements.
• Experience with first article and in-process inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe to part drawings.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and record results.
• Identify process improvements to reduce variation.
• Input data into visual management forms and report to management.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
