Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Lathe machinist in Simi Valley, CA. You will set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes to meet drawing specifications, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires interpreting CNC programs, generating offsets, and mentoring less experienced machinists. This onsite position offers a pay range of $27–$37 per hour DOE, with medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience operating CNC lathes.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Capable of precision measurement and first article inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe machines from drawings and written instructions.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and maintain records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce variation and waste.
• May assist and train junior machinists as needed.
