Tishman Speyer in New York is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our Property Management team. This on-site role focuses on financial and clerical services to ensure accurate application of customer receipts and processing of billing charges.

You will monitor accounts, resolve delinquencies, handle inquiries, perform data entry, and assist with accounts receivable/payable in line with timeframes. Excellent communication and hospitality mindset are essential.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of progressive accounts receivables or accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required.
• Must be fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Monitor current customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up for timely resolution.
• Respond to inquiries via internal and external channels through financial operations shared mailboxes.
• Complete data entry and follow-up procedures for accounts receivable/payable transactions within established timeframes.
• Reconcile customer accounts and report discrepancies to the General Manager.
• Review aged delinquencies to ensure accurate customer receivables.
• Perform miscellaneous office and administrative duties as assigned.
